Lumia 640 XL won't turn on, how can I get it working?

Lumia 640 XL won't turn on

while i was doing a factory reset the battery fell out and now it wont turn on

Have you tried soft reset and hard reset button combination? If yes and no response, plug it into your PC and run the Windows Device Recovery Tool. It should pick up the phone and do an emergency recovery. The WDRTool worked for me on an seemingly dead 640.
