Lumia 640XL or L 650 ?

I wanna change my L 635 at first I want a 640XL dual sim lte but when L650 came I want't that!
now I'm thinking which one is a better choice... and I became confused:/
I would be glad if you help me choose!
which one you prefer? and why?

If dual sim isn't a must a 1520 would be a better choice than the 640XL... Still a few new ones on Ebay for 240.00ish

I agree tho the screen is d first factor I personally I don't like phones more than 5". But if screen size is not a problem here go for d 640xl as it has a better processor(I think)

yes but I can ignore 0.7" different !
the different in camera and processor is what made me confused :/
the better camera 640 XL or newer ,double internal memory and stunning appearance of 650 is my main problem!

yeah I like 1520 but beside its age it's near 2 times expensive

I think you should buy L640 because it has better camera and processor.

The megapixels of the camera doesn't say much for the quality. The real deference between the 2 is
Built quality for the 650
Better but older processor and bigger screen (with lower ppi) for the 640
Oled display for the 650
Ips display for the 640

I know ! 640XL has a zies lenz and better resolutian on image! So the camera is way better!

If you are tight on cash, then just continue with your current phone and save up the money for better models. It is better to have a more powerful phone for W10M going forward.
