Lumia 650 sound works only when bending with force

No heard ringtone speaker and cannot hear caller unless on speaker, bluetooth or headphones. Grasping with two hands and bending phone with brute force brings the internal speaker back to life....until I let go.
Obvious broken connection to the speaker but what happens when I unscrew the dozen screws to expose the innards?? Do bits and pieces come springing out creating an impossible for me to reassemble? And any guess at whats wrong?
Probably just a plug loose no biggy right?

It's possible something is broken inside, loose or the speaker is faulty in general.
