after win.8.1 my lumia 720 is hang what is the salution please tell me

Hold down volume key and power button for 10 seconds. This will reset your phone (you WONT lose any data) this soft reset usually fixes 9/10 problems

hey after soft reset also the videos in the phone are not being played ,. only the voice is being heard but not the audio.
please help our fellow users of 720..! plz...
