Whether it is on or off. for the last 8 hours it is getting vibrated, continously, tried to make couple of calls, it worked, even the camera worked. PLEASE HELP ME WITH SOLUTION, I HAVE WARRANTY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?? SHOULD I GO TO NOKIA CARE AND ASK FOR REPLACEMENT?

Have you considered restarting it or performing a soft reset?

You sure that was your phone and not something else?
I bought my new nokia Lumia 620 last month because my lumia 800 was stolen. I like nokia 620 since the phone is upgradeable dual core compare to lumia 800 wp7 with no future its completely failed. And now i plan to buy another phone nokia Lumia 720.
I currently have s3 and iPhone 4s want to sell my iPhone since it is only 8GB.

you should not reset the phone.
You just switch the phone off within 30 minutes then on it will be ok.

It not getting switched off, finally after 15 hours of vibration, it lost all its battery and switched of....

Can I ask nokia for a replacement.
just on 9th oct, 2013 i took a one year extended warranty.
my issues are
1. this vibration.
2 battery drains out after amber update. I lost 60% battery life in 3 hours when it was on stand by mode.
3. unable to switch off, it gets restarted automatically.

Today I went to nokia care, told them about the issue, they told me that they will send the phone to factory for through check up and replace the faulty part, they will not repair any thing, and if they find any major problem in the OS or in motherboard then they will replace the phone, i told them that I want a new phone, because I faced this issue so many times its very annoying and also no update will do teh trick, they replied that only company will decide whethere they will provide a new phone or not. So, I have to wiat for 7days to get back my phone..
Of course you can ask for a replacement. The phone is faulty!
