Lumia 730/830 release dates

Hi all, my dad is looking for a phone and i want to upgrade mine as well but not at the moment, my 620 is showing its age a little on 8.1, its a little slow and the screen is indeed too small nowadays.
Currently there really are no nokias that i could recommend to him, the 920 im afraid is too old, the 930 is still taking forever to arrive and also is too expensive (i dont want him to spend too much on a phone) and the 1520 is too big.
Also, i previously didnt want to recommend him an Android phone but it looks like there really are no options because he wants a new phone by the end of this week.
Does anybody know when can we expect the 730/830 to be released?
And also if you guys were to get a (high end mid range) android phone, what would it be?

Budget device Lumia 630(Single Sim) is launched for 11K...Take a look....Lumia 925 is best in High Range for 24K...

630 is too limited in features, would rather get him a moto G. Thanks all, i'm going to consider the note 3 or xperia t2 instead, the note 2 not on sale anymore in most shops in malaysia.
