Lumia 730 Display Issues - Flickering and Stuttering

Bought Lumia 730 for a week now. Brilliant device. When "Music app is active", while scrolling through Menu or Settings, the screen stutters. Like scroll-stop-scroll-stop-scroll. Thing is while music app is closed, no problem. Same observation with Facebook app while scrolling, little bit but evident.

Another thing, there is slight flickering of light. Small amount but catchy to eyes.

Sometimes there is a lag while coming back to home screen, the tiles seems to set with delay.

Double tap option to wake phone doesn't always work smoothly.

My question, is it common to windows platform or my device is faulty.

If you increase/reset the brightness in brightness profile. Stutters will go. Because response time is in milliseconds you'd notice some kind of lag which can be solved after increasing brightness.
Double tap to wake is temperamental. If you want this feature, make sure you tap it slowly and it'll wake up.

Same issues are faced by me also.
I think they are common issues.
Hope so they will get resolve in W10 update.

Are the issues mentioned above is present in wp8.1 or w10m?
