Lumia 730 Downgrade

Hello guys
I wany to update my lumia 730 to windows 10 but its always shows no builds in the insider app. My friend said that i must downgrade my phone to older version of denim. This is the question

Did you follow the procedure to update to windows 10?IF not ill post it here
1.Register at insider.windows.com
2.Sign In the insider app and check for the builds

To Downgrade Download NSU 4.3.2 in your pc and install it.Connect your phone to the pc and start nsu.Click on install and it will install the latest build available.IF you have never updated,you will never be able to downgrade your phone..

I think you didn't understand the installation process correctly.
First download the insider app and sign in (which you have already done). Then select Fast or Slow ring when it prompts you. Then after a while check your phone update. There will be an update. Install it. After the process is completed ( u'll get the latest version of 8.1), open the insider app and sign in again. Again choose fast or slow ring. Now check phone update. Windows 10 technical preview will be waiting for you.

After i've signed in,its still shows no build

What is NSU??

Nokia software updater

Opening the insider app gives option to get preview builds, sign in from there. After signing in, Insider fast/slow shows up.
