Lumia 730 - Glass Broken issue

I have a lumia 730 that i have been using for long, for 9months to be precise. Recently, it slipped from my hand, when I was high
and fell in the rocks of the beach. It fell in such a way that the rocks directly came in contact with the glass and I guess the gorilla tried hard to protect it but still ended up having cracks. Now the touch is working perfectly fine though, and I am able to use the phone, except that the selfie camera is not clear due to the cracked screen near the camera.
Two questions here:
1. Does this L730 come with all the layers glued together? Meaning one gone, replace all is mandatory?
2. Since the touch works super smooth, should I replace all the three layers or just the glass? If just the glass? Is that available? Is it genuine LED GORILLA GLASS?
3. If only glass not available, how much is the total amount to replace the original screen? Any idea?
