Lumia 730 or 735 for 2 rows of big square tiles?

Hello everyone!
I really like the way I have setup the start screen on my Lumia 630..
Since I don't use to many apps, I don't use the ''show more tiles'' under start setting.
All the tiles I need are shown on the start screen without having to scroll down.

So I want to know, which one (lumia 730 or 735) have the option to switch between 2 square tiles and 3.
