Lumia 730 vs 640?

I am planning to buy a new wp..which one is better...Lumia 730 or Lumia 640?

I noticed lumia 730 has OLED display with supersensitive touch and this makes me consider it instead of 640... I don't mind the camera

however small difference of 0.3 inch screen size is something i consider a drawback of 730 since both these phones miss out those hardware buttons with significant screen space occupied by the navigation bar..

please guide me

i'd skip the 640/730 and choose the 640XL, since it has an even bigger screen and better features as well

an IPS LCD screen can be as good as an OLED, you should try the phones yourself in a store if possible
