I was able to take photos just by clicking anywhere in the screen but not able to do it after upgrade to windows mobile 10

You are able to pull from the top of the screen to access the camera at any time. Additionally, on your lock screen, there should be a camera icon on the left side which will allow for you to open the camera as well.

Oh hi Thanks, I was meaning to take a shot with the camera open by clicking anywhere but now just take the photo by clicking in the camera icon

Yes, it does seem to be removed from Camera App in W10M. Try ProShot or some other alternate camera.
