Lumia 735 Not Updating Apps

I have a few Lumia 735's floating around at our business because it is the only Windows Phone we could get as of late on Verizon.

I have them updated with the "official" Windows 10 update that was released. I keep getting more of these back to me, saying the Apps in the App Store won't update. Sure enough. this one user has 45 apps that need updating. I've had it sitting on my desk for a few hours and the updates will not budge. I've rebooted and even did a hard (but not factory) reset...nothing seems to make the updates go. There is even a system update that will not download.

Any suggestions? Thanks...

How's the WiFi? Battery life? Have you tried doing a soft reset (holding volume down + power together)?

I would also suggest trying to install one app at a time to see how that goes.

Funny...did that before but did it just again and now the app store updates are going...Same with the system update...thanks!!
