Lumia 810 not updating to wp8.1 through developer preveiw

I'm stuck on version 8.0.9905.12, not able to update to wp8.1 through developer preveiw , it needs 8.0.10 to update , I went to Nokia care they asked 20$ to get updated to 8.1

Use nokia care suite 5 to flash the latest firmware and navifirm to download said firmware. Worked like a charm for me.

Regardless its still a Lumia 810 so it should still work, my 810 was a store display also and it worked with Nokia Suite fine. Do you know how to set it up?

I can't post the link to the guide I followed since I'm a new member but just search "nokia care suite 5 xda" and it should be the first link. The product code for the 810 is: 059Q1J2

to get WP 8.1 on your Lumia 810

1. register with WP Preview for Developers
2. install application
3. Accept agreement
4. Login to account from phone
5. check for update
6. install wp 8.1
