Lumia 820 - Blue Screen (Frozen)

Hi all, I just turned my phone on and there's a blue screen that freezes. I've done the whole vol. down and power button press and one time it had the settings icon and the lightning bolt. I've also taken out the sim card and battery, I'm handing my phone back to the retailer tomorrow.
