Lumia 822 Stolen

Hey guys, I was held up inside the bus two nights ago. My Lumia 822 was taken from me. The cellphones of other passengers was taken too.

Sad because this is not only my first Windows Phone but my first Smartphone too.

Anyway, I'll stick to my Nokia 5220 for now. I'll miss Windows Phone.
It's only a material possession.

Can't you use the "Find my phone" feature?

Go to windowsphone.com
Click "Explore my phone"
Click "Find my phone" (log in if you aren't already)
From here you can find, ring, lock and erase the phone.

This could help the police.

Crap... The last I heard, people were only into stealing iPhones. Sorry to hear that your 822 was stolen. How awful...

That is so sad. Before some years, my basic samsung phone was also stolen by someone who took it from my table through the window and he stole many phones in my neighborhood too. Anyway i was happy for that because my dad bought me a Nokia 5230 the next day :wink:

Call your service provider and report it if you haven't already.

^ yeah! I'm still trying to locate my phone using the "Find my Phone" feature.

I'm expectant but it seems my phone's locations services is turned off or the theif could have reset it already.

There was really not much I could do since the mugger had a knife pointed at me.

Anyway, all is fine
