Lumia 830 heating problem

I update my lumia 830 to windows 10 mobile, 1month ago. It was working good. But for the last couple of days, it is heating very much in the top area without much use. And the battery is draining quickly. It produce so much heat as I can't take a call without using a headset.

it might be downloading an update hence the heating. Do a soft reset and then when you have wifi, check for updates. Do not leave wifi/cellular on unnecessarily

Yes, there was an update, 10586.218. Completed the installation, but unfortunately the mobile still heating like an iron box......
