Lumia 900 White Background

So I know the Lumia has a clear-black display and is supposed to make the color black really pop out but I was wondering if anyone is running theirs with a white background. I prefer my phones to have a white background but I know that actually uses more battery than black on AMOLED screens. Has anyone noticed whether or not it makes a big difference?

It is a bit heavier on the battery, but the biggest difference is aesthetic. The white background on a black phone is just ugly. I imagine it would look better on a white Lumia.
