Lumia 920 battery fault?

My 920 bought 1 year ago and using on wp8.1. I recently felt my battery doesnt last even 4 hrs with internet use. I wanted to check it and what i did was charged it to 100% and kept overnight. 7 hours later battery was at 26% without even touching the phone. Data connection - on, wifi, bluetooth - off.
batery usage 22% in facebook, 6% in whatsapp. Thats all main drains
Is it the time for me to get a new phone?

At worse just replace the battery. Also check the battery saver and see what's running in the background.
If you're in an area of bad reception and using cellular data, you're battery will drain faster as the radio is almost constantly trying to find a tower with a stronger signal.
