Lumia 920 Doesn't play audio - Speakers work

Hi guys
I'm having a problem with my Lumia 920.
Most of the time I listen to music with my headphones via Spotify or the default Music-player which works perfectly. But a couple days ago I tried playing music through the inbuilt speakers, which didn't work for some reason.
I have the volume up and no headphones connected whatsoever. There were sometimes Bluetooth devices connected but I made sure that Bluetooth is deactivated and nothing is connected in anyway.
However, if I get a call, I can hear the ringtone, so I'm sure the speakers aren't damaged.

I also restarted the phone several times without any effect.

I hope someone can help me.
