Lumia 920: No Sound (MUSIC, VIDEO) Alarm is OK, Calls is OK.... HELP

Hello guys!

The guy who purchase my old Lmia 920 is having a few problems with sound.

The Alarm works fine, Skype calls working fine....

But Music, videos, Typing sound on the keyboard.... NOTHING!! MUTE!!

Do you guys have any idea?

Go to settings , tap ringtone+sounds , scroll down , and you'll see play sound for checkbox , tap on key press .

And a few more info about the device.....
Is using Lumia BLACK already. I tried the RESET and still with same problem...

Now I'm trying the NSU and it said I have one UPDATE to do, let's see after that what happens!

Still need your help guys!!
