Lumia 920 persistent request

When I pocket my phone after using it I get a persistent female saying, "Sorry could not hear anything, try saying ....".
I have been unable to determine how to prevent/delete this message, it would help if I knew what it related to.

Thats your phone activating speech commands, normally you hold down the Windows button to access them.

If the screen is on in your pocket then its possible for your leg to activate speech commands accidentally, to disable this:

Settings > scroll down to Speech > uncheck "Use Speech when the phone is locked".

Now you will only be able to use speech after you unlock the phone.

That's the speech function, which activates when you hold down the Windows key for a few seconds.
