Lumia 920 Screen cracked on top near logo

I have taken utmost care of my baby lumia 920, but yesterday while on call ( i tend to hold my phone between my shoulders and ears) I saw the top right corner cracked all the way to the front camera. I am not sure should I contact Nokia care or ATT or should I. Please help......:unhappy::unhappy::unhappy:

ATT and Nokia won't help you because it's user mishaps.

nope never dropped it, even on the carpet.

If there isn't an obvious impact point I would attempt to get a replacement.
