Lumia 920 tend to freeze up while charging

I got a black lumia 920 and it tends to freeze up when using it while charging, especially when unlocking the phone (the background would not slides up all the way, after that the screen does not respond), I'll have to press the power button to turn off the screen and press the power button again to turn it back on to unfreeze it. I'll have to unfreeze my phone at least one time every time I use the phone while charging. The phone works fine when it's not charging. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this problem?

My guess = You have some type of battery monitoring app installed that is causing the problem.

I would recommend starting with apps first then look to faulty hardware. Either remove apps one at a time or all (hard reset.. maybe) and see if problem still exists. I would recommend the hard reset personally to ensure you have a clean OS install.

I've previously installed Battery Meter application by Asleroid but had already uninstall the app, I'll try doing a hard reset, thanks for the advice.

Good evening guys! Just wanna know what happened with your lumia after all the tips?Any luck?My lumia has the same problem. It freezes only when used during charging. Hope to get an advise fro you guys. Thank you!
