Lumia 920 very slow charging

I just got my Red lumia 920 yesterday and currently i'm at my 3rd charge. However, when i plug in the usb cable to the port, the port is kind of shaky. This isn't normal right? And also, the charging via wall charger is extremely slow for me, like the max it went was 24% an hour. Is this normal?

And to add, i have already done a hard reset prior to my third charge.

I used iphone charger to charge my 920, it charged fast but made 920 very hot above the camera.
Now I use USB port from PC for charging without hot but it is very slow.
I think this is related to output current

It's only charged 40% over 2 hours for me as of now. I'm using the supplied wall charger. Should i send in the set to Nokia care?

Hi,

I bought a Lumia 720 last week and have charged 8 time since. The average rate of charging is 26% per hour. Is that natural? Charging the phone for 4 hours every day is not practical! Should I take it to nokia care?

well, assistence is never too much, this happened with me as well, my 920 was charging about 26% a hour, now it's charging 40~50% a hour, for me, it's battery is very unstable and sometimes and just feels ok about working, same happens with discharging rate, sometimes is very slowly and other kinda fast..

the worst thing it can happen is you receveing your phone back =p

I would say that is not normal. My phone is fully charge in usually an hour and 20 to 30 minutes give or take. Try a wireless charger, if the USB port is bad at least you can tell Nokia what to fix.

Hey,as for my Lumia920,it often finish charging in 3 hours.
I use " wireless charger"~
PS:Wire charger will be faster,about 2.5 hours.And close your screen could offer help.
