Lumia 928 restarts on shutdown

The first time I attempt to shut down my Lumia 928, it restarts by itself. The second time I try to do it, it shuts down.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there a fix? I'd prefer not to hard reset because it's not that big of a deal.

HAD alot of problems with my L928 but this one never.. Why do you want to shut it down, just interesting?)

Well, sometimes church, sometimes I find it functions better if I reset it every week or so (live tiles, screen, WiFi).

Are you charging when you power down?

Nope. I realize it powers on then.

I just noticed that the phone restarted, a couple days ago, when intending to shut it down.
Now, the main reason that I would shut it down is simply to restart it.
Given that, it's not a big deal.
But, there are times when the phone is supposed to be off (not just silenced).

I just tested this and it restarted every time I WAS charging and shut down every time I WASN'T charging.

Did you figure out what was causing the restart? Did an update fixed it?
