Lumia 928 & speedtest

I recently downloaded the speed test app and I notice a discrepancy between

The app results and my PC for my WiFi connection.



Usually if use speed test on the computer I have 34 mbps down and 5 mbps upload.



But when using the speed test app for windows phone, it is significantly lower. Here is a screenshot. Any reason why this may be?

Make sure you have your cellular connection temporarily disabled when you run the test, otherwise it may not accurately give you Wi-Fi speed data.

Mine seem pretty similar, and cellular is enabled.

It makes me wonder am I getting the speeds I'm supposed to get for what I'm paying lol
Both of the speeds are significantly different.

My PC still says 34/5 while he phone says 8/4.3

Edit: oddly enough...i changed the location to another city that is in the same state I am in just now and now the speeds more or less match between the computer and phone speedtest
