Lumia 928 with 8.1

Just downloaded 8.1 on my 928 with the Developer Preview app. Everything works except Cortana did not load. Anyone having that issue??

Is Cortana there, or non existent, what happens if you click the built in search button?

I remember when the developer preview came out a lot of people had this issue. If I remember correctly the remedy was a factory reset.
