Lumia 930 in UAE

I have got my Lumia 930 on etisalat UAE with unlimited data connection. from the time I have bought the hendset to this time I haven't seen it connect to the LTE network. all i find is H or H+ connectivity and no LTE. any idea why so????

Have you checked your sim card settings that it is set to LTE?

Its not the sim mate....I have set the connection to 4G but alas no, the connection is H+ only....

I think I put it in another place where you posted about this - Call the service provider, they will give you answers rather than random people on a forum. They may be having mast issues in the local area?

I remember my 920 had the same problem until I removed the settings and used the ones on etisalat website

I got the unlimited package too from etisalat it also doesn't show 4g on either my lumia 930 or my samsung tab s just H or H+, at first i thought it was my fone but after popping in my du sim it displays 4g network icon on both meaning its the etisalat sim issue or etisalat is not providing 4g to unlimited packages
