Lumia 950 AT & T has updated Firmware

I updated the Fast Insider 01078.00038.16025.39033 updated firmware. I use quite good, smooth touch screen.

I believe Insider settings (fast and slow) apply only to OS updates rather than to firmware updates controlled by the carrier. I unfortunately also installed the latest OS update along with this needed firmware update, and have only noticed that the charging was not occurring until I did a soft reboot.
