Windows Central Question
Hello. I recently reset my Lumia 950 via WDRT and now it is on Build 1511. In the phone update settings it says I am up to date. Is there any way to fix this?

Your Lumia 950 should update to version 1709 and 15254.590, latest fall creatorsupdate build. If you are on 1511 still first check that time, date and region are correct and try to set them manually, check for updates again. Did you restore a previous backup? If so I would perform a hard reset (settings-system-about-reset phone) or run wdrt again. Don't restore backup until your phone is fully updated. Check for updates again. If you were on Windows insider build I would roll out of it first as it might prevent updates.Hello. I recently reset my Lumia 950 via WDRT and now it is on Build 1511.
