I install Windows recovery tool and install software Successfully
But my phone not working stop in Windows logo After Install Software from Windows Recovery tool last version

Have you tried a soft reset?

Also have you let it be for awhile?

Some times it will hang on the Windows logo for it may seem like ages and then boot up. I have had that occur on one of my L930s in the past.

Also if it sits there forever and never does anything, the OS could have a corrupt file or something missing. It could also be a Hardware failure. Pull the battery. Then after trying a soft reset try a hard reset. If still the same result it is some type of hardware problem or maybe a corrupt partition required to boot the phone. Hopefully it is not a bad eMMC.

Make sure you don't have a bad battery too before you go spend money on a new phone...
