This is *just* a design concept by an independant designer, but I think it's beautiful and worth being spread around...

A design that I can actually use the High Contrast theme with.

Rename it the Lumia 940, put some awesome specs in it and I am sold!

Really nice concept. Would like to see it with a ZEISS branded lens on the back and with different hardware buttons and some colour.

What is the massive opening on the top supposed to be? 1 opening/door for a SIM and MicroSD card or something? I like the thought around taking the big camera circle from the 1020 and using that as a design point for all their phones. I don't mind the elongated circle they are using now (or whatever you want to call that shape) but the symmetry of a circle works better in my mind!

Thumbs down for the naming convention though...I do not see a 900 series moving BACKWARDS and being less than a 4.5" screen anyway, so a 4.3" would become an 800 series; obviously, haha.

Maybe he's Canadian, just doesn't like Bing, and is on a holiday in Germany, using a mobilcom debitel PAYG SIM card. He's obviously got numerous email accounts, so he's definitely a jet-setter... :grin:

And being a jet setter it is a good think he chose WP8 and Nokia since he gets world wide-offline maps!

Haha, but he'd have to be German on holiday in Canada...if he was in Germany he'd miss his Drs appointment as it is already 2:00 PM and the appointment is in 2 hours!!! More importantly...as soon as you set your phone for the 24 hr clock (at the top it is 14:03) it would change his appointment to read 16:00 instead of 4:00 PM.

There are more holes in this story than Swiss Cheese!! But maybe that is the final clue...he is from German speaking Switzerland and is on vacation in Toronto to see a doctor!
