Lumia Apps not available on Lumia 950

So i need to know please, why many Lumia apps, like Lumia Cinemagraph cannot be installed on my Lumia 950, is there a way to sideload them?

Moved to Lumia 950.

Most of those apps were killed quite some time ago and if they aren't already on your app library you'll have to try elsewhere.

I'm not too familiar with sideloading so I don't know of it's feasibility right now.

Same here, Lumia Selfie, owner off the app but can't be installed on my device!? Lumia 950

You will need to have an older Nokia Lumia phone with WP8.1 and then upgrade to W10 if you want those apps.
