Hey guys,
I got the Lumia cyan update and WP81. I am gonna walk-though it. hope this will be a help to you guys.
By the way I am from Sri Lanka and obviously I using a Nokia Lumia 625 :winktongue: I got this update on 17th June, a day after they released the update for 625.
head over to Settings>>Phone Update to get the update
first the a pre-update will download which will prepare your phone for the cyan update. it is very small it will download over a mobile network and downloads really fast. In my case it took just 10 seconds or so on H+ connection. I guess its size is below 5 MB(probably 1MB or 2MB). Since it a firmware update it will restart you phone.
Below are some snaps I took.

It will migrate your data so wait a while. after this you will be greeted with a notification that your phone is ready to download windows 8.1 so head over to Settings>>Phone Update to get the update.
WP81(cyan) update is pretty big and takes about 30 mins to download and about the same time to install. It doesn't downloads over mobile data because its so big. so you have to use a WiFi connection to download the update. The steps are almost same as the pre-update so I won't post much snaps here.

After downloading your phone will be restart and prepare it for install. After it you will need to sign Microsoft service agreement and if you agree click install. after the installing is compete, your phone will restart(I think
) you you will have WP81 you'll go nuts(I did).
Check the new features and say hello to cortana and she will say back 'Hey!'. If you are outside of US as I am follow the tutorial below to get cortana. Do you want to enable Cortana outside the US? Here's how you do it | Windows Phone Central

Some steps may be missing in my walk-though. but this will cover the basic steps. If you have more information, post it below as a reply. See you guys again.
