I just noticed that I'm on the latest firmware, OS version number however my extras+ info says I'm on the cyan firmware. Soft reset doesn't work. I'm on the pfd, phone is country variant. I don't want to make an HR nor use NSRT. Any ideas what the issue might be and how to fix it?

Maybe Denim hasn't been made available yet for your phone/carrier. You're only on the latest release due to PfD, Denim is a general release, that's currently being rolled out... Not that you'll get much benefit from Denim, bar a name change.

Yeah I know but in availability page on MS site or says, my update is available. I don't care about denim, it's just something that got my attention
