Lumia Icon update just started .. anyone else see this?

Lumia Icon (Verizon) update just started .. anyone else see this? So I was just sitting here and I am looking at my phone and say "Why not check for updates?" as I am running WP 8.1 Developer. Well, it's updating something. Is anyone else running the Icon or the 8.1 Developer and see this?
