Lumia Moments replacement app?

I can't download Moments so I wanted to see if anyone could recommend an alternative to edit video and pull still shots. Thanks!

If you're using Windows 10 mobile, the functionality is now built in. When viewing a video in the photos app, hit the edit button, and it will show you the option to save pictures from video.

No it doesn't :'( cannot edit video and extract motion pictures like View attachment 135359
