Any way to install Lumia Moments on 920, 925 or 1020?

Do you mean the Microsoft Movie Moments app? If yes, I have it installed on my 1020.

No you cannot. It is for Denim firmware devices like 830/1520/930/icon.

Other 1520 users with cyan were able to install and use it. Which means it was just restricted to be installed on 830, 1520 and 930, they may be on Cyan or Denim. I'm pretty sure it will run on any Cyan devices as well.
