Lumia volume problem

Hi!!

I've received my Lumia 920 tree weeks ago, I'm pretty happy with it, no problems except for this one that drives my crazy...

Some times, when I plug the headphones, I can't turn up the volume, BUT I can turn it down. The problem still there if I try to restart the device. I've tried soft reset, doesn?t work. Hard reset worked once, yesterday I tried the hard reset again, this time it reset the volume to 15/30 but the rocker still without working.

Does anybody had the same problem? Is there any way to fix this, or maybe to change the volume without having to use the volume rockers?

I have a volume problem when I try to listen podcasts. The volume dont work at all!!! I need to stop te podcast, start playing a musing and then i can change the volume again.
