lumia520 got stucked in flight mode and IMEI number is missing

my nokia lumia 520 got stucked in flight mode. I tried to resolve this using nokia software recovery tools but after doing 1.5gb of update still i am facing the same problem alsa now IMEI no is not showing and its saying that IMS not registered. i am really getting more and more frustrated after seeing all of this. please help me.
my lumia is updated upto 8.1

Sounds like a bad SIM. IMS is part of network customization between OEM (the people who made your phone) and the carrier it was branded to.

If you can get into a carrier store and try a new SIM.

Or pull out the old SIM and copy the numbers down. Insert it back in and call your carrier to get the SIM re-provisioned.

i think the problem of flight mode in nokia 520 is not resolve, because i tried last night and it was not successful with nokia recovery tool. all are fankulo nokia and microsoft.
