Lync 2013 and Lumia Icon issue.

Hello everybody. I don't know where to start and where is problem. My wife has Lumia 1020 and we love to talk via Lync. So today I opened Lync on my phone first time and give call to her. But strange was she didn't hear what I said, as microphone not working (but i hear my own echo in Icon speaker). But with her phone is ok. On both phones has WP8.1. Any one has same issue on Lumia Icon?

Have you tried doing normal trouble shooting steps? ie, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, rebooting the phone, doing a soft reset, having her do the same? etc.
