Lync 2013 cloud server

Has anyone had any trouble using WP8 lync (problem is on 2010 and 2013) on a windows phone when the lync server is cloud based?

trying to get this up and running at work and its a no go so far

Check to see if there any updates if not try a uninstalling than reinstalling.

If it still having issues report to developer/MS.
