Mail and calender size 2.74gb

Some apps had been giving me messages about low memory so I checked storage and my apps and games size is massive with mail and calender alone giving a size of 2.74gb.

This obviously isn't correct.How can I fix this without hard reset.No option to uninstall or reinstall. Im on build 10572 on l640.I already did hard reset after upgrading

Just to update, another hard reset sorted this.
