Mail Tile....GONE

Hi guys,
Just recently did the whole shebang ...bought my nokia 1020 at the microsoft store and unlocked on t-mobile (still works called twice to get the unlock code right over the phone)...everything is setup great however I feel like a total noob being a switcher from IOS and for some reason have my mail setup in settings but the Mail tile is nowhere to be found on my screen! It is totally gone, I have searched and searched and feel like there is a really easy answer to this. Can someone please help me out? Any other tips or tricks would be awesome too. Thanks

From the home screen swipe to the right > scroll down to the email icon > long press to pull up the menu > Pin to Start

Thank you for this tip. I tried doing so but unfortunately it is not there all together. If i do a factory reset, is that going to ruin my status? I unlocked the phone from att and my understanding is you only have so many tries to unlock it before its tied to their network (using t-mobile). I want the mail tile but I am seriously concerned that it may affect my unlocked phone. Any ideas?

Resolved issue, if you have deleted the email account you configured (by mistake somehow which was the case with the client i was assisting) the mail tile will dissapear. Once i configured the clients email account again under (settings) then (email + accounts) a mail tile was created on the home screen and emails worked fine. Hope this helped.
