Manage Tiles Not Working with TP WM10

I use a 1520 and have the latest TP of WM10. One problem I have had is that when I go to rearrange tiles under "Manage Tiles" the app won't change anything. I press and hold the tile I want to move and it comes to the foreground but I cannot slide it to a new position. Not complaining just curious if anyone else is experiencing this?

As I have written in another thread......I have this prob too.

So what I did to get a work around was to remove each tile and start adding one by one to get the order I wanted. Add one at a time and allow to sync each time you add one. Hope that helps others out.
