Manage tiles returns - Oops An unknown error occurred with your Band

Band can sync but cannot manage tiles.

Microsoft Health - 1.3.10414.1
Band - 10.2.2818.0 09 R

I got the same problem with these software versions!

I have the same issue with my Band from 2 different phones. The Band is able to sync fine until I attempt to manage the tiles and update (for example Add the weather tile). It seems to update the tile configuration but then I get the "oops An unknown..." message and the phone is unable to sync after that (keep getting an error). Only way to get around this is to Unregister the Band, delete the Bluetooth connection (un-pair), Reset the Band and pair again and Add the Band to the app. Very annoying. Thinking that there is something wrong with the Band...
