manually set apps in action centre

only the system apps appear in action centre. what about facebook, instagram n others. i have the latest versions of above mentioned apps.

Those apps will have to push a notification first before appearing in the list.

Oh so, apps will not show up in the notifications+actions settings panel until they push a notification.

Facebook will not appear until after it notifies you of something for the first time (like a wall post for example)
then WP will know that Facebook does notifications and adds it to the list, opening up Facebook's notifications for tweaking.
