Maps not displaying properly, compass problems

I have 10.0.15063.251. Maps do not display properly. Roads are not visible but names of roads are. Also compass does not function correctly and needle function erratic.

Update: GPS navigation seems to function as before (I assume the compass actually does work) but no streets are visible on the map, just text. Also, while using GPS to track my route, the software does not draw a visible line showing your course... very strange! Everything worked fine before the update.
