Marketplace : how to install all applications updates ?

Hi, I'm new on windows phone and like it very much so far. Yet, there is one missing feature, or one that I'm not able to find: having access to a list of all applications updates available.

Right now, I go to the dedicated app section on the marketplace and tap "update". But there should be a way to update **all** applications from one place !

Well, it's a bit disturbing for me since as far as I know both iOS and webOS have this feature. Maybe Android too.

Anyone ?

Lumia 800 shows for example 4 in the live tiles. Then when entering the Marketplace it says in the bottom 4 updates. You click on that and it install them..

Well, my lumia 800 didn't show anything on the marketplace live tile even though I had 4 nokia updates (drive, music etc...).

I'll keep an eye on that tile for now on, and on the marketplaces bottom ... hum

I do not have a lumia so that I cannot speak for lumia. I have htc titan and I can see how many updates are available after open marketplace app. I can install updates at once.

Using Lumia, the updates available are displayed on my Live Tile as well. IIRC there is an "Install all" button when you go to the updates page.

Sometimes the market is slow to notice you need updates especially on a new device. You can give it time and it will find you or if you know an app needs updating you can use this trick. Just find the app in the market open the app to where it will says share app then back out using the back arrow then open the app again and the share box will be replaced with update.

How can you see the changes that come with the update? I had 2 updates today and I couldn't find any information about what the updates included...sorry but as you can tell I'm new to the OS too.

To find out what is new you can search the app in the marketplace and read about it. I just update them all.

When you go to the app in the marketplace and read the about and expand it is added there buy the app manufacturer. If nothing is listed then the Manufacturer didn't add the information.

Thank you for your answer...so if the dev didn't add it...it's not there, cool. Just got the myAT&T wireless update....they changed the name to myAT&T but there were no updates to know what else was new with the app...but when using the app I see they added more functionality to it. I think I may just have been blind lol

Ok, you were right

The fact is: I didn't enter my credit card informations until now. So you have to login with your live account on the marketplace to see the updates notifications ^^

Somehow, it is a bit sad :/

The phone also synchronized with my provider (orange) and I now see their apps in the marketplace.
